REFUND POLICY

We thoroughly inspect all returned items when they arrive at our returns facility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise unless a re-stocking fee is applicable or additional refund adjustment. Please read our Returns Policy. Prepaid return shipping labels will only be provided if your return is a result of our error.

Opened software is non-refundable in any circumstance.

Do-it-yourself installation type products are non-refundable if product has been attempted to be installed or has been removed from the original packaging.

If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and less any applicable re-stocking fee or additional refund adjustment. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted on respective product page.

If you return an item that was opened, shows signs of damage, abuse, wear or missing packaging we will issue a partial refund. Products decrease in value over time; therefore, refunds for returns initiated over 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.

We will issue your refund to the form of payment within 3 - 7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.

Once we issue your credit, we send you an email with your refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for processing. If you have any questions or concerns about credit posting, please contact your financial institution.
